Terms and Conditions
Reservations and Payments:
For more information, call between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Monday - Friday. To make a reservation, please complete and mail in the reservation form and medical form along with your deposit.
A deposit of $25 per tour day (per person) is required to make a reservation. Final payment is due 45 days prior to departure. See payment schedule on flyer.
Cancellations Policy
Per Person Cancellation Charges*
1- day Land Only Tours (no air)
46 or more days prior to departure = $0
45 to 16 days prior = $25
15 to 1 day prior = $50
Departure dates or early dates from tour 100% of tour cost in all cases
*Add to these amounts any non - refundable tickest, hotels, and venue charges.
Multi-day Land Only Tours (no air)
46 or more days prior to departure = $50
45 to 16 days prior = $100
15 to 1 day prior = $200
Departure dates or early dates from tour 100% of tour cost in all cases

Land Tours with air
46 or more days prior to departure = $100
45 to 16 days prior = $10% of tour cost
15 to 1 day prior = $20% of tour cost

Insurance
Insurance is availabile, and strongly recommended, to cover trip cancellation, baggage, personal health and accident. An insurance application form will be forwarded on request. Simply complete the insurance form and send it along with your check to the insurance company - not to Landmark Tour and Travel.
Luggage Handling
Porterage for one suitcase is included in each multi-day tour. You may bring a carry-on bag; however, it must fit under the seat or in the overhead rack, and it will be your responsibility throughout the tour. Additional baggage will be charged at the rate of $4.00 per hotel
Smoke Free Environment
Smoking is not permitted on board motorcoaches. However, rest stops are made every 2-3 hours.
Travel Documents
Travel documents will be delivered approximately two weeks prior to tour departure. Documents will include tour itinerary, baggage, tags, hotel information, and arrival/departure information.
Gratuities
Fot a job well done, gratuities to your motorcoach driver, tour escort/ manager, step on guide(s) may be given at individual tour member's discretion.
Tour Membership
Landmark Tour and Travel reserves the right to accept, decline, or retain any person as a member of the tour.
Responsibility
Landmark Tour and Travel (Landmark) acts only as an agent for tour members in arranging transportation, accomodations, restaurants, sightseeing and beyond its control, including strikes, riots, acts of war, terrorism and acts of God.
