Terms and Conditions
The importance of booking early:
Many attractions, as well as motorcoaches, are booked well in advance. For this reason, the earlier in the year your trip is booked, the better the chances of getting the tour date and itinerary of your choice.
Not included in the cost of tour:
Meals or soft drinks, phone calls, and other expenses and any items not specifically listed as being included.
Included in the cost of tour:
All RoadScholar tours include round trip transportation, overnight accommodations (where applicable), admission fees and four (4) complimentary trips per motorcoach. Prices are based on a minimum of thirty-five (35) paying passengers per motorcoach. There will be an additional charge for groups smaller than thirty-five (35) paying. Motorcoach size is determined by the number of people on the tour.
