Payments and Cancellations
Deposit due 30 days after booking date:
- $100.00 non-refundable per motorcoach for one day tours
- $25.00 non-refundable per paying passenger for overnight tours (2 days, 1 night)
- $100.00 non-refundable per paying passenger for tours 3 days or more
Landmark does not charge a fee for changes in reservations. However, revisions to airline tickets are subject to airline rules and regulations. All changes are subject to supplier availablity.
Rooming lists for overnight tours:
- Due 45 days prior to departure
Final Payment and Teacher Checklist:
- Due 15 days prior to departure for one day tours
- Due 30 days prior to departure for overnight tours
Cancellations:
- More than 30 days before departure; forfeit deposit
- Less than 30 days before departure; forfeit 25% percent of tour cost plus all non-refundable payments made to suppliers
